The Clean Energy Transition Partnership https://cetpartnership.eu/ supports ambitious, transnational research and development projects to accelerate the energy transition within the outlines of the EU Strategic Energy Technology Plan (SET-Plan).

The CET-Partnership is organised around 6 energy domains: the Transition Initiatives (TRIs).  

Hydrogen and renewable fuels are included in one of these domains.

This program allows that consortia of partners from minimum 3 different EU countries work together, with support of their own regional funding agency. For Flanders and the Netherlands, VLAIO and RVO are the supporting organisations.

The CETP is currently preparing its fourth annual call, opening on 1 June 2025.

Joint Call 2025 is performed in 2 stages: submission of a pre-proposal followed by an invitation to submit a full proposal.
