Following the launch of its third public auction round for green hydrogen development, Hydrogen Oman (Hydrom) will provide an in-depth briefing on the structure and scope of Round 3. This session will outline the auction framework, key milestones, and the types of opportunities available to developers interested in progressing through Hydrom’s competitive bidding process, as well as those interested in participating in other ways aside from the auction process. 

More specifically, participants will gain clarity on the qualification criteria, land allocation mechanisms, and evaluation approach, as well as the broader vision driving Oman’s green hydrogen strategy. The session will also serve as a forum to address key questions from the audience, helping stakeholders better understand the process and how to navigate their participation effectively.
