As announced last WIC-meeting we will start a project development group on the topic ‘H2Heat’, on the use of hydrogen for high temperature heat processes in different sectors such as glass, ceramics, steel...

Here you find the slides, presented at our last WIC-meeting, ending with a call for showing interest.

Based upon positive reaction from participants, we scheduled a first webinar with this people on June 18th of June, from 9.00 – 10.00.

Because not all people could join the WIC-meeting,  we hereby send this invitation to all WIC-members.

Agenda (9.00 – 10.00):

  1. Added value of using hydrogen for heating in hard-to-abate sectors
    • Rationale for hydrogen
    • Listing relevant sectors
    • Listing possible companies
  2. (International) examples of projects
  3. What expertise/technology we can provide from our WIC-members 
    • Attendees in de webinar can show their possible role in projects (e.g. supply of technology for H2 production/combustion, modelling experience, process knowledge, safety knowledge ...)
  4. Next steps:  Process for moving towards concrete project proposals
