As announced during the previous H2Heat webinar, which was attended by more than 30 companies, the intention was to give the floor to potential hydrogen end users during the follow-up webinar on Thursday, 10 September.
In preparation for this webinar, we have held discussions with several end users interested in using hydrogen for high-temperature applications.
These conversations have shown that a number of issues still need to be explored before we can have a meaningful and focused discussion on concrete projects.
More specifically, we will analyze possible/needed measures/funding schemes to improve the financial feasibility.
As a result, the webinar scheduled for 10 September will be cancelled.
This does not mean that H2Heat is coming to a standstill.
On the contrary, we will continue working directly/bilateral with end users to move towards concrete projects.
Our intention is to provide an update on the progress made within the next few months.
In the meantime, if any WIC members have specific questions about H2Heat, WaterstofNet will be happy to address them.
